Beth DiNardo has been named global general manager of Smashbox Beauty Cosmetics, which has been acquired by The Estée Lauder Companies. DiNardo had been senior vice president and general manager of Lauder’s Darphin North America.

Caroline Geerlings has been named president, Tom Ford Beauty and new business. In this position, she will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, global development, management and growth of the brand. Geerlings formerly held leadership roles at MAC Cosmetics and Christian Dior Perfumes. Most recently, she held the role of senior vice president, general manager, Prescriptives Worldwide.
